Office & remote working: Roles are usually based at our new London offices based in the creative hub at Tileyard, just north of Kings Cross. Tileyard is its own community with a cafe, brewery bar, even a gym. Our new offices and working policies are designed with the team’s needs (including health) front of mind: to be ergonomic and attractive, with lots of meeting spaces, so that the team can make the most of the time when they come together in person. We operate a hybrid working policy, developed through trial and collaboration with the team. The policy offers autonomy and flexibility around a core set of working hours and days: two working days in the office which (the team tell us) promote social cohesion, more effective meetings, collaborative & creative working, in-person training etc. Flexibility over how they spend the rest of the week allows people to focus at home, or office, as they need or prefer. Fridays can be partially work-free (full-time). One of the ways we encourage inclusion and diversity is to consider applications from UK-based candidates for sponsorship for London office-based permanent positions (full or part-time).

We are continuing to accept applications from candidates for Analyst, Consultant, Senior Consultant positions. However, we have taken the decision to place a hold on our intern recruitment programme for the time being. When there are any changes to this position, we will update any applicants who have submitted a CV. Otherwise, please return to this page to check on updates, or look out for Twitter announcements.

If you are ready to submit an application, click on the button below and someone from the recruitment team will be in touch with you shortly.
